Collection and Delivery
Vehicles must be collected within 7 days of full payment unless otherwise arranged. Delivery may be available at an additional cost, which will be confirmed before the sale.


Vehicle Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure all descriptions, specifications, and details are accurate and up to date. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect and be satisfied with the condition and specification of the vehicle before purchase.

Finance
If purchasing through finance, all agreements must be approved and signed before collection. We may work with approved third-party finance providers but are not responsible for their terms or lending decisions.

Payment Terms
All vehicles must be paid for in full before collection or delivery. We accept payment via bank transfer (preferred), approved finance agreements. We also accept all major debit and credit cards, subject to a small fee depending on the card. Any outstanding balance must be cleared within 7 calendar days from the date of deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Holding Deposit / Reservation Fee
A holding deposit or reservation fee is required to reserve a vehicle and remove it from sale. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. By paying the holding deposit, you acknowledge and accept that it secures the vehicle for you and prevents it from being sold to other customers. If you choose not to proceed with the purchase for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded. This includes, but is not limited to, changes of mind, failure to obtain finance, or delays in completing the purchase.

Viewings and Test drives
Vehicles can be viewed by appointment only. Valid driving license is required for test drives. Some vehicles may apply a test drives fee of £19,99.

Part Exchange
Any part exchange valuation offered is subject to final inspection of the vehicle. All part exchange vehicles must have a valid V5C logbook and be free from finance unless disclosed and settled. Once a part exchange vehicle is handed over to us and the sale is completed, it cannot be returned or reclaimed, even if the customer later decides to return or cancel the purchase of the vehicle bought from us.
